- Training installers and estimators on wood/concrete flooring and refinishing (Flooring exp not necessary)
- Ability to perform estimates, installations and grow the business
- Manage installers efficiently
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Manage inventory levels
- Ability to manage time, territory and expenses, as well as full P&L responsibility
- College Degree Preferred
- Management experience
- Repair or service industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sales and analytical skills
- Ability to train and manage installers effectively
- Good customer relation skills
- Must pass background investigation & pre- employment drug screen
